Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jay Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jay Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jackie Lee!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee closes the distance and clinches up with Morrison, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes Morrison against the cage but Morrison circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

so Lee counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Lee drops back looking for a leg! Morrison is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Morrison manages to kick Lee off! Lee jumps back into Morrison's guard.

Morrison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Lee drops back, looking for a kneebar! Morrison looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Morrison looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Morrison!

Lee is staying active underneath Morrison, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Lee has a hand on Morrison's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Morrison takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Morrison can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lee is looking to escape.

Morrison is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lee can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Morrison stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

That was a close round but I would say that Jay Morrison will probably get the nod.

Morrison has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
