And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nick Swisher!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Underwood wants to clinch.
Underwood turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Underwood lands a nice leg kick that just misses Swisher's sensitive parts.

Swisher is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Underwood's half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Swisher's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Underwood really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Swisher controlling the position.

Swisher is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Underwood slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Underwood's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Underwood is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Swisher wants to stand up but Underwood is controlling him.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Swisher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!



Underwood gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Swisher to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Swisher has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Underwood is proving hard to escape from.
Underwood is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
