The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones blocks a head kick by Sinlet.
Sinlet fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jamel Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sinlet wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.

Jones looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Sinlet!
Jones looks up at the clock and then as Sinlet takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jones smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Sinlet is breathing heavily.
