Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksanteri Karelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Karelin's choice of entrance music: CCCP. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bender lands a really nice looking cross but Karelin seems unphased.
Karelin defending well as Bender loads up on a big left hand.
Bender throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Karelin lands with a shot to the body.
Bender avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Karelin avoids the body shot from Bender.
Karelin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bender.
Good exchange - Karelin coming out on top.
It looks like Blake Bender has been cut.
Bender scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Karelin scores with a punch to the head.
Karelin closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Bender! Karelin dives in looking to finish! Bender is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Aleksanteri Karelin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
