Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Skap Hazard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregory Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Gregory Mitchell!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hazard bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hazard lands a lovely overhand right.
Mitchell throws a hook but Hazard blocks it.
Skap Hazard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mitchell misses with a hook
and Hazard counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mitchell throws a leg kick but Hazard sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Hazard moves out of range of the strikes.

Mitchell has had enough of the clinch but Hazard keeps him there for the moment.

No joy there for Hazard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hazard lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Mitchell.

Hazard tries to work over Mitchell's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

We've been informed that Mitchell has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Hazard pulls guard effortlessly.
Hazard is striking from the bottom but Mitchell uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hazard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Mitchell really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hazard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hazard escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mitchell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hazard looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hazard pushes Mitchell back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
A frustrated look appears on Mitchell's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Hazard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mitchell walks away with a smile on his face. Hazard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The crowd cheers as Hazard lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mitchell doesn't seem phased though.
Mitchell takes one to the side of the head.
Hazard throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Mitchell colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Hazard as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Mitchell is left battered and dazed whilst Hazard and his camp cheer!
