The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ is trying hard to land a takedown here. Watanabe sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Watanabe works over Christ's head and body with a nice combination.

Christ closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Christ keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Watanabe's efforts to push away.

Christ is trying to trip Watanabe. He has hold of a leg but Watanabe is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Christ persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Watanabe has left one of his arms exposed and Christ doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Watanabe screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
