Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grecko fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Garcia sprawls well initially but Grecko persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Garcia manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Grecko keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Grecko tightens his grip and picks Garcia up, before dumping him to the ground. Garcia manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grecko connects with a couple of short punches.
Grecko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Garcia swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Grecko throws a big right hand that misses.
Grecko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Garcia looking for a sweep. Not yet Garcia, not yet.
Grecko cracks Garcia with a solid left hand.
Grecko chips away with some ground and pound.
Grecko distracts Garcia with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Garcia is rocked!
Grecko gets to his feet and stands over Garcia, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Garcia felt that one! Grecko unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Garcia from any more punishment!
