Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Konstantin Saraste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Deverux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Deverux will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saraste waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Deverux.
Nice cross by Saraste.
Deverux tries to bum rush Saraste with a series of wild strikes but Saraste uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Some wild striking there from Deverux.
Deverux doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Saraste bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Deverux's head.

Saraste fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Deverux fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saraste manages to avoid it.
Steve Deverux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saraste shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Deverux napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Deverux really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Saraste. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Saraste wants to lay and pray for a moment but Deverux keeps working.
Saraste has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Saraste postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Deverux badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Saraste around the waist but Saraste pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Saraste is the winner by TKO! Saraste jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

After winning the bout, Konstantin Saraste thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
