Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gaylord Curry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azure Ellerbe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Azure Ellerbe will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry moves to clinch but Ellerbe breaks away

and Ellerbe counters with a single leg into guard. Curry didn't expect that.
Ellerbe is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Curry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ellerbe on the ground.

It looks like Gaylord Curry has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ellerbe throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Curry works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Curry thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Curry gets caught flat footed, as Ellerbe shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Curry is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ellerbe is controlling him.
