Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bracamonte misses with a wild combination.
Kai throws a big counter combination but Bracamonte scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Kai looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Kai throws a big shot that misses.

Kai gets caught flat footed, as Bracamonte shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bracamonte engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bracamonte not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Kai prevents a body shot from Bracamonte.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bracamonte lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Bracamonte gets to his feet - Kai follows without any prompting.
Bracamonte scores with a takedown into Kai's guard.
Bracamonte is standing up over Kai. Kai looks to escape but Bracamonte dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bracamonte is staying tight to Kai's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Bracamonte is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kai is trying to escape and Bracamonte transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kai is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bracamonte! Very nice indeed!
