The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bane misses with a body shot.
Bane takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Blood Bane has been cut.
Bane looks to land a body kick but Badoyan moved away.
Badoyan misses with a head kick.
Badoyan swings for the body but Bane moves out of range.
Bane throws a front kick aimed at Badoyan's knee but Badoyan avoids it well.
Bane slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bane blocks a head kick by Badoyan.
Bane misses with a straight left.
Some bone on bone action there as Badoyan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Bane connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

and Badoyan counters with a nice uppercut.
Bane pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bane checks the leg kick nicely there.
Badoyan wants to land a leg kick but Bane is out of range.
Badoyan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bane rushes Badoyan and presses him up against the cage.

Badoyan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bane uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Badoyan.
Badoyan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Badoyan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Badoyan lands a nice hook to Bane's body. Bane takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Badoyan throws a nice outside leg kick.
A left lands for Badoyan.

Badoyan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bane.
Badoyan lands a nice shot to the body.

Badoyan is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Badoyan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bane paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Badoyan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bane. Bane obviously looking to wear him down.
Bane has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Badoyan finds it's way round the side to connect with Bane's head.
Bane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Badoyan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Badoyan throws a leg kick that is checked
and Bane counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Badoyan is rocked!
Badoyan is holding his hands too far apart here. Bane throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Badoyan is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Blood Bane!
A relieved looking Blood Bane thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
