Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ricky Sharpe!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior misses with a looping left.
Sharpe takes one on the button.
Junior connects with a single shot there.
Junior keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Sharpe gets a clinch.
Sharpe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Junior tries to circle away but Sharpe has him pinned against the cage.

Sharpe is leaning against Junior and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Junior looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
A frustrated look appears on Junior's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Junior pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Junior throws a nice looking combination but Sharpe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Junior lands a jab-cross combination.
Sharpe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Junior looks to score with a jab to the body but Sharpe is just out of range.
Sharpe takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sharpe fails with the takedown.
Junior throws a big counter combination but Sharpe scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Sharpe closes the distance and pushes Junior back into the cage.

Sharpe manages to break the clinch.
Junior misses with an uppercut.
Junior scores with a shot to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Junior jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sharpe throws a right and a left that Junior avoids nicely.
Sharpe blocks a jab.
Sharpe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sharpe fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Neymar Junior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky Sharpe.
Sharpe tries to clinch but Junior is having none of it.
Good exchange - Junior coming out on top.
Neymar Junior is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sharpe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Junior throws a right hand that Sharpe ducks under and follows up with a left that Sharpe also avoids with ease.
Junior circles away from the clinch attempt
and Junior cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sharpe is defended easily by Junior.
It looked like Junior was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Junior scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Junior throws a hook but Sharpe avoids it easily.
Junior cracks Sharpe with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Sharpe has Junior up against the cage in a clinch.
Junior throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sharpes head.

Junior breaks from the clinch.
Sharpe fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Junior rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sharpe moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Junior darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Sharpe wants to clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Junior defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sharpe.
Junior catches Sharpe with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Junior looks to land a right hand but Sharpe moved out of range.
Sharpe wants to counter with a clinch but Junior pushes him away.
Sharpe dodges the punch combination from Junior.
Junior throws a series of punches but Sharpe avoids them all with ease.
Sharpe falls off balance throwing a combination
and Junior counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Sharpe is rocked!
Junior throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sharpe.
Sharpe tries to close the distance and clinch but Junior swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sharpe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Junior but Junior pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sharpe throws a wild hook but Junior just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Sharpe gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Junior raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
