The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fredholm misses with a series of wild punches.
Fredholm looks to land a combination but Carmichael avoids it well.

Carmichael fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fredholm avoids it really well and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fredholm looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Fredholm has gone for a leg lock! Carmichael slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fredholm's guard.
Carmichael seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Carmichael lying in Fredholm's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Fredholm decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Carmichael taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Kristoffer Fredholm really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Bushido Fightwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
