Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryuu Wakahisa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ryuu Wakahisa was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sam Alexander!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryuu Wakahisa!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wakahisa darts in and clinches Alexander up against the cage.
Alexander takes an elbow to the temple.


It looks like Sam Alexander has been cut.
Wakahisa lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Alexander tries to pull guard but Wakahisa forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Alexander takes an elbow to the forehead.
Wakahisa unloads a knee to the mid-section. Alexander lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Wakahisa lands an elbow inside that Alexander shrugs off.
Wakahisa creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Alexander's defenses.
Wakahisa connects with a nasty looking knee right to Alexander's face.


Alexander is rocked!


Sam Alexander's cut is getting worse.
Alexander is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Alexander blocks the elbow strike.
Oh Alexander is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wakahisa throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Wakahisa has Alexander pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Alexander is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Wakahisa - that's hurt Alexander badly! Oh, another knee lands and Alexander is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Alexander doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Ryuu Wakahisa!
A victorious Ryuu Wakahisa thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
