And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanchez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wojtk looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sanchez should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Wojtk is not content to let Sanchez control the position.
Sanchez postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Wojtk makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wojtk.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wojtk working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Wojtk takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sanchez is trying to get back to full guard.
Wojtk passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sanchez!

Sanchez is bucking up trying to escape but Wojtk cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wojtk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wojtk loads up with a big shot that hurts Sanchez! He's pulled Wojtk in close but Wojtk has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Sanchez survive? More strikes from Wojtk and Sanchez is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
