The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks shoots in and drives through. Klashnikov sprawls well.
Klashnikov throws a series of punches but Hendricks avoids them all with ease.
Klashnikov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hendricks misses with a series of wild punches.
Hendricks gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Tim Hendricks has been cut.
Klashnikov leaves Hendricks with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Klashnikov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hendricks throws out a loose jab but Klashnikov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hendricks could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Klashnikov scores with a jab to the body.
Hendricks shoots in looking for a takedown but Klashnikov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hendricks's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Klashnikov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Klashnikov wants it to stay on the feet.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Klashnikov! But no joy.
Hendricks is breathing heavily.
Oooooh!!! Klashnikov has knocked Hendricks down with a huge combo! Klashnikov steps away and waves a wobbly Hendricks back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Klashnikov is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Hendricks hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Yuri Klashnikov!
Yuri Klashnikov spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
The defeated Tim Hendricks had this to say: 'I was unlucky and this wont be happening again! fosure!!'.
