Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Pablos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam B Glenn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sam B Glenn!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glenn throws a leg kick

and Pablos decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Glenn's guard.
Glenn is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Pablos dives into side control.

Pablos trying to control the position but Glenn is working away.

Pablos swings around for an armbar but Glenn sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Pablos's guard.
Pablos is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Pablos escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Glenn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Pablos is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Bobby B's Gem that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Glenn lands a couple of digs.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Glenn's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Pablos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Glenn is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Pablos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Pablos had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Glenn defends it easily.
Glenn not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Glenn passes Pablos's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Glenn is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Glenn wants to get back to his feet.
Glenn content to control rather than advance.

Glenn not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Pablos has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Glenn is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Pablos.
Pablos is trying to control Glenn's posture but Glenn avoids it.
Pablos manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Glenn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Glenn is fighting to break Pablos's control of his arms but Pablos is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Pablos not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Glenn works over Pablos with some ground and pound from guard.
Pablos controls Glenn momentarily but Glenn frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pablos looking for a sweep. Not yet Pablos, not yet.
Pablos seems keen to control Glenn's posture.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Pablos might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pablos wants to sweep but no luck.

Pablos can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Glenn controls the pace.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Sam B Glenn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Glenn misses.
Glenn scores with a jab to the body.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Glenn. Pablos shrugs it off though.
Glenn throws a body shot but no joy.
Glenn digs a good hook to Pablos's body.

Pablos looks for a takedown but Glenn sprawls well.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Pablos takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Pablos is breathing heavily.
Pablos shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Glenn as he jumps to the side.

Glenn walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Pablos drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Glenn swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Pablos's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
