Nanahara is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sail. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Nanahara.
A telegraphed right hand from Koko misses the target.
A little jabbing left from Nanahara on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Koko listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Nanahara rushes Koko with punches - Koko moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Koko goes down! Nanahara follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shuya Nanahara! Shuya Nanahara retains his light heavyweight title!
In his post fight interview, Shuya Nanahara started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Michael Koko stepped up to the mic, saying 'Koko sad.'.
