Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deontay Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hunter tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Davidson defends well and Hunter ends up having to push Davidson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hunter should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Hunter throws a head kick that misses.
Hunter leaves Davidson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Davidson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Davidson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter is trying to get back to full guard.
Hunter keeps trying to improve his position.

Davidson works his foot free and advances to mount.
Davidson lands a big shot there that rocks Hunter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Davidson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Hunter is looking to get to half guard.
Davidson looking to secure an arm triangle but Hunter defends it well.
Davidson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hunter looks a forlorn figure.
Davidson looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Davidson with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Davidson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Davidson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Hunter is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Davidson jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hunter is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hunter and Davidson has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Davidson lands a nice forearm strike.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Davidson stands up and beckons Hunter to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Davidson goes for a double leg but Hunter avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hunter continues to drive forward.
Horrible takedown attempt by Davidson or perhaps it was just good defense by Hunter, which made it look bad.
Davidson dives in and grabs Hunter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hunter pushes down on Davidson's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyson Davidson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hunter goes for a double leg but Davidson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Davidson continues to drive forward.

Davidson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hunter did well to prevent Davidson getting side control.

Davidson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hunter is looking to control Davidson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hunter avoid being mounted?

Hunter is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Davidson pulls his head out easily.
Davidson is trying for a kimura here. Hunter looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Davidson wins by kimura!
