Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerardo Gluhovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miklo Velka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gluhovic comes to the cage accompanied by Bureal Sarkikos. Velka is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Cypress Hill - Insane In The Membrane. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velka throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Gluhovic counters with a stiff right hand.

Velka bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gluhovic's head.

I was talking to Gluhovic's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Gluhovic lands an uppercut, right on the button! Velka tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.

A relieved looking Gerardo Gluhovic thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
