The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dva scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Moraes shoots in for a takedown but Dva shows good takedown defense.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Moraes.
Moraes is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Dva has escaped the position, nice work there.
Moraes is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dva knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Moraes thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Moraes is working to tighten his grip on Dva's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dva has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Moraes is really squeezing tight and eventually Dva passes out! Moraes breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
