Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Force (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mac Force!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lyoto Rua!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Force fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rua looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fighters circling - Force throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Force shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Rua eats them both and turns towards Force to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Lyoto Rua has been cut.
Mac Force seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rua tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Force manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Force bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rua's head backwards.
Force scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Force loads up on a big right hand but Rua slips the punch.
Rua looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Force misses with a straight right.
Rua tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rua is defended easily by Force.
Force throws a right hand that Rua ducks under and follows up with a left that Rua also avoids with ease.
Rua shoots for a takedown but Force saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Force misses with a looping left.
Force throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rua doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Rua moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Force throws a jab when Rua was well out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Force dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rua slips under a jab from Force.
Rua shoots for a double leg takedown but Force sprawls well. He's pushed Rua's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mac Force has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lyoto Rua.
A jab from Force finds it's way through Rua's defenses.
Force punishes Rua's body with a nice straight punch.
Rua shoots in for a takedown but Force shows good takedown defense.
Rua looks winded!
Force gets in close and tags Rua with a short punch that almost sends Rua to the mat! Oh Rua is in big trouble! He turns his back on Force, trying to create some distance but Force rushes him, striking wildly and Rua goes down! The referee tackles Force into the cage to end the fight! Force is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mac Force!
Mac Force decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
