Cambridge has chosen Blur - Song 2 as his entrance music. Emmitt Landry has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cambridge drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Landry keeping full guard, as Cambridge tries to pass.
Cambridge content to stall in guard here.
Landry can't keep his opponent in guard - Cambridge advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Landry wants to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cambridge takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Cambridge wants to take a breather but Landry is having none of it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cambridge sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Landry regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Cambridge.
Landry not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Cambridge not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Cambridge gets to his feet. Landry looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Cambridge has managed to clinch.
Landry looking to slow down the pace here.
Cambridge is trying to push Landry away but Landry has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Landry fails to pull guard.

Cambridge breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cambridge throws a nice looking combination but Landry bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Cambridge darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Landry is trying to get back to full guard.
Still in half guard, Cambridge seems content to control.

Cambridge is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Landry doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Cambridge.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Cambridge is working for a kimura but Landry is defending it quite comfortably.
Cambridge not doing much here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alfred Cambridge dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Cambridge connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Landry tumbling to the canvas! Cambridge pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Landry was done - good stoppage!
