Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Misiek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Didion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Misiek comes to the cage accompanied by El Picante. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Misiek moves into the clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Didion has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Didion has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Misiek after a bit of a struggle.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rafael Misiek.
Well Misiek has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
