Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hit Run (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rappy Virtucio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Virtucio has chosen Song for the Suspect as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rappy Virtucio!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Run feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Run forces his way into half guard.
Run is trying to work for a kimura but Virtucio is defending well.
Run is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Virtucio doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Run.
Run is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Virtucio is just riding it out for now. Run eventually gives up the hold.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Run is trying to control. Virtucio wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Virtucio wants to get back to full guard.
Run passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Virtucio!
Run with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Run swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
