Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between William Munney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Roca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munney misses with a hook to the body
and Roca cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Roca swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Munney moves out of range as Roca strikes.
Munney misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Roca throws a shot to the body.
Munney turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Roca throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Munney counters with a head kick. That will keep Roca thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Munney definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Roca's coach down at The Hut - $50 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Roca's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Munney dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Roca. That did some damage!

and Munney counters with a good, hard body kick but Roca shrugs it off.

Roca's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Munney connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Roca scrambles back to his feet.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Roca crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Munney - the referee stops the clock and Roca gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Munney. Roca manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Munney circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Roca tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Munney wins by KO!
