Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Roldan Sangchaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garry Gurrang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roldan Sangchaan had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sangchaan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gurrang.

Sangchaan lands a left and a right that send Gurrang crashing to the mat, dazed. Sangchaan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Gurrang is rocked!

Sangchaan has Gurrang up against the cage in a clinch.

Gurrang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gurrang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Sangchaan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Sangchaan seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gurrang for as long as he can get away with.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Sangchaan has closed the distance and engaged Gurrang in a clinch.
Sangchaan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Gurrang's efforts to push away.

Sangchaan has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Gurrang has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Sangchaan has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Gurrang regains guard immediately.

Gurrang is working an open guard so Sangchaan takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Sangchaan stands and throws Gurrang's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gurrang looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gurrang wants to control but Sangchaan postures up.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sangchaan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gurrang tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gurrang is trying desperately to improve position.
The referee warns Gurrang that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sangchaan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sangchaan working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Gurrang turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Sangchaan off and cradles Gurrang's limp body as Sangchaan celebrates with his corner.
