Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mavuto Castillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conrad Drummond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Castillo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to My Way. Drummond has chosen Cool , Cocky , Bad as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond slips a straight right by Castillo.
Castillo sets himself, and Drummond steps forward looking for the clinch! Castillo avoids it this time.
Castillo connects with a crisp jab.

Drummond forces Castillo back against the cage and clinches.

Drummond gets control of Castillo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Drummond will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Drummond controls Castillo momentarily but Castillo frees himself.
Drummond tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Drummond working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Castillo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Castillo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Drummond is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Castillo defends well.

Castillo has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Castillo wants to control from the top but Drummond keeps moving.

Drummond is looking to cinch up a triangle. Castillo throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Drummond's body to avoid the submission. Drummond has instead reached around Castillo's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Drummond arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
