The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tank scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Cory Patterson has been cut.
Tank swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tank getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Patterson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tank, pushing him back against the cage.
Patterson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tank's efforts to push away.
Patterson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tank fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Patterson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Tank drops Patterson with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Patterson! Tank dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
