Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eino Kolehmainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Mangreg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mangreg has chosen Livin' on a Prayer as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eino Kolehmainen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Mangreg!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangreg stuffs the takedown attempt from Kolehmainen. Kolehmainen gets slowly back to his feet.

Kolehmainen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mangreg!
Kolehmainen remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Mangreg wants to control but Kolehmainen postures up.
Mangreg is trying to escape the position but Kolehmainen is controlling the position.
Mangreg tries to get back to half guard but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kolehmainen wants to take Mangreg's back here but Mangreg is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Kolehmainen jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Mangreg manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Mangreg controls the position for a moment.
Kolehmainen passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Mangreg!

Kolehmainen is trying to take his opponent's back.
We've been hearing good reports from Kolehmainen's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kolehmainen is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mangreg to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mangreg shrugs it off.

Kolehmainen seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mangreg for as long as he can get away with.
Kolehmainen fails to move to back control.
Mangreg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kolehmainen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kolehmainen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Mangreg has given up his back. Will we see Kolehmainen going for some submissions?

Kolehmainen is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Mangreg has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Kolehmainen is riding his opponent, not letting Mangreg buck him off.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Kolehmainen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Mangreg is looking to get back to is feet but Kolehmainen passes into side control.
A lull in the action here as Kolehmainen stalls from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mangreg is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Eino Kolehmainen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Kolehmainen is stinking the place up with his stalling.

Kolehmainen is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Mangreg is defending well though. Kolehmainen let's go of the attempt for now.

Kolehmainen is cranking Mangreg's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Mangreg! He's tightened the choke and Mangreg is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eino Kolehmainen!
A very excited looking Eino Kolehmainen made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Harry Mangreg spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll Be Back!!!'.
