The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Boy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Tomasz Rzasa has been cut.
Rzasa tries to clinch but Boy is having none of it.
Boy throws a head kick that misses.

Rzasa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Boy can't break the clinch.
Boy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Boy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rzasa throws a head kick that misses.

and Rzasa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Boy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rzasa circles away quickly and effectively.

Rzasa closes the distance and pushes Boy back into the ropes.

Rzasa has Boy pressed against the ropes, preventing Boy from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Boy is looking to break free of the clinch but Rzasa has double underhooks.

Boy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Boy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Animal House in the buildup to the fight.

It looked like Boy wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Rzasa tries to move into range but Boy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Rzasa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boy, pushing him back against the ropes.

Boy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boy chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Boy counters with a stiff right hand.
Boy pulls out of a head kick attempt.

As Rzasa looks to move away, Boy throws a big counter combo but Rzasa just gets out of the way.
Rzasa is looking to clinch but Boy is avoiding it.
Rzasa tries to close the distance and clinch up but Boy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A quick step to the side and Boy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Boy thuds his shin into the meat of Rzasa's side.
Rzasa tries to close the distance and clinch but Boy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rzasa tries to clinch there but Boy circles away.
Rzasa misses with a hook
and Boy counters with a nice uppercut.

and Rzasa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Boy is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Rzasa fails in his attempt to clinch.
Boy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Rzasa pushes Boy up against the ropes in a clinch.

Boy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boy is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

and Boy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rzasa throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Boy counters with a two punch combo.

Boy lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Tomasz Rzasa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
