Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Quentin Bullock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Eddiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Quentin Bullock has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eddiva clinches.
Bullock tries to land a knee to the head but Eddiva blocks with his arms.

Eddiva breaks from the clinch.
Mark Eddiva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bullock is looking to clinch.
Eddiva appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Eddiva closes the distance and clinches.
Bullock looking to throw knees to the head but Eddiva is blocking nicely.

Eddiva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Eddiva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Eddiva wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bullock, who protects the arm well.
The referee asks Eddiva politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Eddiva prefers to stall for the moment though.
Eddiva is looking to take a break and control but Bullock is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Eddiva has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Bullock blocks a head kick by Eddiva.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bullock.
Bullock sets himself, and Eddiva steps forward looking for the clinch! Bullock avoids it this time.

Bullock drops down looking for a counter takedown but Eddiva sprawls and moves away.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bullock looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And Eddiva tries to counter it with a takedown but Bullock pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Eddiva throws a series of punches but Bullock avoids them all with ease.
Bullock tries a head kick but it misses.

Eddiva has managed to clinch.

Eddiva has picked Bullock up - he's going for a ride! Eddiva dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Bullock kicks Eddiva off and gets back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bullock thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Eddiva if he has to take too many more of those.

Eddiva closes the distance and pushes Bullock back into the cage.
Bullock throws a punch but it's blocked by Eddiva.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bullock throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Eddiva's waist but Eddiva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bullock off to one side.

Eddiva wants to sweep but no luck.
Eddiva is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Bullock trying to control the position from guard on top but Eddiva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Eddiva has his foot on Bullock's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bullock works his way back into a safe position though.

Eddiva pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Eddiva controlling the action here for a moment.

Eddiva manages to pull guard.
Bullock stays in close to Eddiva's body and controls the position.

Eddiva wants to stand and escape but Bullock is having none of it.
Eddiva throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Bullock is looking to work some ground and pound but Eddiva has wrist control.
Eddiva tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Quentin Bullock is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Eddiva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bullock uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Eddiva is breathing heavily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Eddiva pulls guard successfully.
Bullock wants to control from the top but Eddiva keeps moving.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bullock is stalling in the full guard.

Mark Eddiva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Bullock shoots in looking for a takedown but Eddiva manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bullock's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Eddiva pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Eddiva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Eddiva wants to pass the guard but Bullock is defending well.

Bullock throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Eddiva manages to pass to side control.

I would just about give that final round to Mark Eddiva.
Well Eddiva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
