Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matteo Mudrich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Coson Granit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matteo Mudrich has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Granit moves into the clinch successfully.
Come on Mudrich - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Granit gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mudrich.
Mudrich has Granit pressed against the cage.
Granit takes an elbow to the forehead.
Granit with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Granit is fighting to break Mudrich's control of his arms but Mudrich is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Mudrich's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Mudrich has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Granit has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Granit is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mudrich is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Granit to the mat. Granit regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
