The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Czerwinski takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cierpka misses with a leg kick
and Czerwinski counters with a left and a right that stings Cierpka.

Despite the aggression on Czerwinski's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

and Czerwinski counters with a left and a right that stings Cierpka.

It looks like Klemens Czerwinski has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cierpka is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Czerwinski looks calm but he's in trouble here. Cierpka gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Czerwinski is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Cierpka lets go of the hold and Czerwinski can pop his arm back in it's socket.
