A fine choice. Striker has chosen Beastie Boys - Sabotage as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson Jr throws a shot from downtown. Striker moves away and avoids it.
Striker keeps the fight on the outside.

Johnson Jr sends Striker crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Johnson Jr is motioning to the referee to let Striker up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Striker is rocked!

It looks like Marvin Striker has been cut.
Johnson Jr on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Striker is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson Jr finish him?
Johnson Jr wants to clinch
and Striker counters with a series of strikes. Johnson Jr will be more careful next time no doubt.
Michael Johnson Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Striker is looking to clinch but Johnson Jr is avoiding it.
Striker seems to have recovered his senses.
Johnson Jr throws a leg kick
and Johnson Jr takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Johnson Jr misses with a hook
and Striker counters with an outside leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Johnson Jr crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Striker - the referee stops the clock and Johnson Jr gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Striker. Johnson Jr manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Johnson Jr shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Striker counters with a right hand to the body.
Johnson Jr throws a body punch but Striker moves out of range.
Johnson Jr looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Striker is fending him off so far but Johnson Jr persists. Nope, Striker circles away and we're back to standing.
Striker now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
A shot to the body from Johnson Jr misses
and Striker counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Striker connects with an inside leg kick.
Johnson Jr misses with a takedown attempt
and Striker counters with a three punch combo that has Johnson Jr backing up. Johnson Jr nods at Striker to acknowledge the strikes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Johnson Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson Jr is breathing heavily.

Striker instigates a clinch.
Johnson Jr is trying to pull guard but Striker turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Striker breaks from the clinch.
Crunch! Striker slams his shin into Johnson Jr's torso.
Striker shoots in for a double leg but Johnson Jr sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Striker rushes Johnson Jr and presses him up against the cage.

Striker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Striker changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Striker lands the left hand.

Striker drops Johnson Jr with a left right combo! Striker follows him down to the ground into side control.

Oh Johnson Jr is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Striker postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Striker has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Johnson Jr seems to have got his legs back now.
Johnson Jr looks to score with a jab to the body but Striker is just out of range.
Striker connects with a body shot.

Striker drops Johnson Jr with a left right combo! Striker follows him down to the ground into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Striker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Johnson Jr keeps working.

Striker decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson Jr to his feet.
Striker fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Striker circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Johnson Jr drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Striker follows Johnson Jr to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
