Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Raivo Kull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Pesqueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nelson Pesqueira was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Kull throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kull misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pesqueira is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Kull throws a head kick that Pesqueira semi-blocks.
Kull connects with the punch.
Kull pushes Pesqueira away with a front kick.
Pesqueira's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kull connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Pesqueira scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pesqueira shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kull as he avoids it easily.
Good work by Pesqueira as he checks the leg kick.

Kull clinches.
Our sources have told us that Kull has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Pesqueira avoids a wild elbow strike from Kull.

Kull breaks from the clinch.
Raivo Kull is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pesqueira takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Pesqueira moves in looking to clinch but Kull pushes him off.
Kull looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

Kull throws a right hand that Pesqueira ducks under and follows up with a left that Pesqueira also avoids with ease.
Pesqueira misses with a takedown attempt - Kull sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Pesqueira looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Pesqueira counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Pesqueira is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Kull works his way to full guard. Good work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kull controls Pesqueira momentarily but Pesqueira frees himself.

Kull manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Kull fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kull lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pesqueira circles away quickly and effectively.
Pesqueira with the counter takedown but Kull avoids it easily.
Kull really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pesqueira uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kull.
Pesqueira throws out a counter right but Kull avoids it with no problem.
Kull explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Pesqueira shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kull sprawls well. Kull wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pesqueira gets slowly back to his feet.

Raivo Kull has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nelson Pesqueira.
Pesqueira takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Kull rushes Pesqueira and presses him up against the cage.
Kull misses with a punch to the body.
Pesqueira is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kull comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Nelson Pesqueira has been cut.
Kull goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Kull breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pesqueira shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A swing and a miss from Kull.
Kull throws a body kick that misses.
Pesqueira changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Kull's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Pesqueira postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Kull covers up, he's hurt! Pesqueira keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Pesqueira and the ref steps in to end the fight! Pesqueira can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
