The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira throws a series of punches but Jawo avoids them all with ease.
Nogueira buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nogueira misses with a looping left.
Nogueira throws a right and a left that Jawo avoids nicely.
Nogueira throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Nogueira pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nogueira throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Jawo attempts a counter takedown but Nogueira avoids it well and moves away.

Jawo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jawo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Nogueira felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Nogueira fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jawo, pushing him back against the cage.

Nogueira gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Jawo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jawo closes the distance and clinches up with Nogueira, looking for a takedown. Jawo pushes Nogueira against the cage but Nogueira circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Oh Jawo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jawo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nogueira walks away with a smile on his face. Jawo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Nogueira lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Jawo is breathing heavily.
Nogueira tries a head kick but it misses.
Jawo seems to have got his legs back now.

Nogueira fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Donk. Nogueira catches Jawo right on the button with a cross.
Horrible takedown attempt by Jawo or perhaps it was just good defense by Nogueira, which made it look bad.
It seemed like Nogueira was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Nogueira tests Jawo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jawo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fighters circle, before Nogueira throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Jawo's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Nogueira lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
