The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Decimator Jr lands a big shot that drops Franks! Can he finish him?

It looks like Shirley Franks has been cut.
Decimator Jr wants to stand and escape but instead Franks has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Franks throws a big elbow that misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Franks is standing up over Decimator Jr. Decimator Jr looks to escape but Franks dives into side control.
Franks tries to score with some ground and pound. Decimator Jr controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Franks throws a strike aimed at the side of Decimator Jr's head but Decimator Jr avoids it well.
Decimator Jr managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Franks.
Franks fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Decimator Jr tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Franks is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Decimator Jr has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Franks has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Decimator Jr taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Franks doesn't care though - he's delighted!
