Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Chuckhaven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pena Pulkkinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chuckhaven's entrance music is whip it. A fine choice. Pulkkinen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rancid - Roots Radical. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuckhaven on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Pulkkinen has managed to clinch.

Chuckhaven is trying to pull guard but Pulkkinen turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Chuckhaven looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Chuckhaven throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pulkkinen.
Chuckhaven walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Chuckhaven tries to bum rush Pulkkinen with a series of wild strikes but Pulkkinen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Pulkkinen counters with a good, hard body kick but Chuckhaven shrugs it off.
Pulkkinen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Chuckhaven is breathing heavily.

Chuckhaven steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Pulkkinen. That one must have hurt.

Pulkkinen connects with a leg kick. Chuckhaven looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Pulkkinen, right into the meat.

Chuckhaven chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pulkkinen can pounce on him.

Good leg kick by Pulkkinen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Chuckhaven throws an overhand right that lands on Pulkkinen's shoulder, as Pulkkinen tries to avoid the shot.
Pulkkinen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Chuckhaven throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Chuckhaven's legs have taken a beating and he's really slowing down as a result.

and Pulkkinen scores with a counter punch that sends Chuckhaven to the canvas! Pulkkinen smells blood - he's punishing Chuckhaven with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Chuckhaven has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
