Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Shewmaker!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Lesnar does no damage.
Lesnar throws a right and a left that Shewmaker avoids nicely.
Lesnar scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shewmaker doesn't seem bothered though.
Shewmaker fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lesnar throwing a counter right hand but Shewmaker manages to avoid it.
Shewmaker misses with the combination.
Shewmaker fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lesnar swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Shewmaker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A little feinted left hand from Lesnar on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lesnar fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shewmaker on the side of the head.
Shewmaker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lesnar was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Shewmaker misses the shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lesnar looks to score with a jab to the body but Shewmaker is just out of range.
Shewmaker closes the distance looking to clinch
and Lesnar counters with a left to the body.
Shewmaker moves in looking to clinch but Lesnar pushes him off.
Frank Shewmaker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lesnar shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Shewmaker eats them both and turns towards Lesnar to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Lesnar cracks Shewmaker with a good jab.
Shewmaker tries to clinch there but Lesnar circles away.
Lesnar keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Shewmaker.
Shewmaker takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Shewmaker tries to close the distance and clinch but Lesnar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lesnar misses with a double jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar lands a jab-cross combination.
Shewmaker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lesnar throws a right and a left that both miss.
Shewmaker fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A punch combination from Lesnar misses.
Shewmaker seems to be stalking Lesnar here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Lesnar drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
