Kovalenko lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Abbot at a distance.
Kovalenko moves out of range as Abbot strikes.
Kovalenko lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Kovalenko lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kovalenko.
It looks like Tony Abbot has been cut.
Abbot missing with a left hand there. Kovalenko was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kovalenko connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Oooooh!!! Kovalenko has knocked Abbot down with a huge combo! Kovalenko steps away and waves a wobbly Abbot back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kovalenko Throws a clean left jab. Kovalenko Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Abbot's chin! Abbot crumbles to the ground and Kovalenko follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Kovalenko!
