Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zod Wettin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wettin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to If You Dare by Jim Johnston. Dwayne Johnson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wettin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wettin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Wettin pushes down on Johnson's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Wettin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Johnson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wettin.

Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wettin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wettin works his foot free and advances to mount.
Wettin seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Johnson is holding on tight.

Wettin has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Johnson! Can he survive? No! He's out! Wettin gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
