The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodri fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Ray punishes Rodri's body with a nice straight punch.
Ray looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rodri walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Jose Rodri has been cut.

Rodri takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rodri takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ray is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

and Ray counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Rodri closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ray circles away.

Ray cracks Rodri with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rodri looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ray finish him?

Ray throws a pinpoint strike between Rodri's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Rodri crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Ray scores a great knockout victory!
