Lom will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Karelin up against the cage.

Karelin wants the takedown. Lom is fighting it off but Karelin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lom's guard against the cage.
