Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Randy Walburn!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walburn throws a nice looking combination but King bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Walburn doesn't manage to clinch there - King circles away.
Walburn avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Walburn throws a head kick but King moves out of range.
Walburn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Walburn lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Walburn throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.

King gets to his feet. Walburn looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

King tries to close the distance and clinch but Walburn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

King is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

King had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Walburn is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. King Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Walburn's back instead.

King is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Walburn has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

King is trying to stick to Walburn's back but Walburn is turning into King. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in King's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Walburn.
King throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Walburn throws a big right hand that misses.
King manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Walburn manages to get himself to full guard.
Walburn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Walburn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

King postures up in Walburn's guard and throws a big left but Walburn blocks it.
King is looking to work some ground and pound but Walburn has wrist control.
King scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

King looking to sit in guard and control but Walburn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Walburn is refusing to be controlled, as King sits in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The fight stays on the outside here - King looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

King gets a takedown into half guard.

King is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Walburn has managed to free his arm - good work.
Walburn works his way to full guard. Good work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

King drops back looking for a leg! Walburn is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Walburn manages to kick King off! King jumps back into Walburn's guard.

King is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Walburn has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. King is looking to defend but Walburn has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for King! Walburn pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, King taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Randy Walburn!
