Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pit Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mies has chosen Condemned 84 - Face the agression as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mies.
Mies works Silva's body with a nice hook.
Silva falls off balance throwing a combination

and Mies counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Mies not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mies can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mies decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Mies manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Silva on his heels. He'll look to pass Silva's guard now, I'm sure.
Mies slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Mies makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Mies advances to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mies is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Mies is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Silva has managed to free his arm - good work.
Mies landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mies in particular looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mies is working for a kimura but Silva is defending it quite comfortably.

Silva tries to kick Mies off but Mies keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Mies seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Mies seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Mies stands up from half guard.
Mies on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Silva scores with a jab.
Mies shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Mies keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mies should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mies takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mies scores with a nice strike.
Mies fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pit Mies dominated that round.
That's time! Silva's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

The fighters circle, before Silva throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Mies's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Silva lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Antonio Silva!
Pit Mies was interviewed post fight and said 'I will be back stronger!'.
