The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tudjman closes the distance and clinches up with Topal, looking for a takedown. Tudjman pushes Topal against the cage but Topal circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Topal fails to land with a series of punches.
Topal misses with a jab, cross combination.
Topal drops Tudjman with a right and a left! Topal comes rushing in but Tudjman regains his composure and manages to keep Topal in guard.

It looks like Franjo Tudjman has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Topal loads up on a big left hand. Tudjman felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Topal looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Tudjman can't hide his disappointment, as Topal celebrates the victory.
