Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 wins, 0 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bubba Gumption!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 wins, 0 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Amsterdam, Samuel Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gumption swings for the body but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Gumption lands the left hand.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Gumption lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Gumption gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gracie to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Gracie postures up.
Gracie seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Gracie wants to control from the top but Gumption keeps moving.
Gracie is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gumption swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gracie is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Gumption is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Gracie trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Gracie is still trying to improve position.

Gracie postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gumption is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gracie, into his guard.

Gumption won't allow Gracie to sweep him here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie wants to sweep here but Gumption controlling him for the moment.
Gracie has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Gumption has passed into side control.
Gracie gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Gracie looking for submissions off his back.
Gracie is looking to improve his position.
Gumption controlling the pace.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gracie is looking for a sweep. Gumption is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Gracie manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gracie can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gumption controls the pace.

Gracie working for a triangle but Gumption defends it easily.
Gracie wants to hit a switch here but Gumption passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Gracie there!
Gracie wants to hold on but Gumption pushes him away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gracie is trying to escape the mount.
Gracie keeps trying to improve his position.
Gracie is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Gumption controlling from mount.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gracie is working to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bubba Gumption dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

Gumption fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gracie.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gracie is defended easily by Gumption.
Gumption throws a body punch but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie misses with a jab to the body
letting Gumption counter with a right hand.
Gumption throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A punch combination from Gumption misses.
Gracie throws a predictable looking body shot
and Gumption counters with a nice uppercut.
Gracie takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Gumption lands a left and a right that send Gracie crashing to the mat, dazed. Gumption thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Gracie is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gumption lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Gracie up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Gumption from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Gracie's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bubba Gumption!
