The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dahmer takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dahmer loads up on a big right hand but Carwin slips the punch.
Carwin appears to be looking for a big counter.
Carwin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dahmer.
A countering left hand to the body from Dahmer misses.
Carwin on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Carwin throws a right and a left that Dahmer avoids nicely.
A little jabbing left from Dahmer on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Dahmer on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Carwin lands a nice looking body shot.

Carwin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dahmer on the side of the head.
Carwin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Carwin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Carwin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A little jabbing left from Dahmer on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Carwin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Carwin uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dahmer.
Carwin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dahmer lands with a hook. Carwin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dahmer scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Dahmer looks to land a left hand but Carwin moved out of range nicely.

Dahmer scores with a nice right hand.
A decent looking cross lands there for Dahmer.
Dahmer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dahmer throws a lazy right hand but Carwin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A punch lands to the side of Carwin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Carwin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Carwin is rocked!
Dahmer misses with a few strikes there.
Dahmer throws a monster overhand right that drops Carwin! Dahmer follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
