The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Nunes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Pilegr counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Pilegr gets through Nunes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Pilegr lands a body shot.
A nice right hand lands inside from Pilegr.
Pilegr lands a shoulder strike.
A right handed body shot lands from Pilegr.
Nunes drops down looking for an ankle pick but Pilegr pulls his leg out and moves away.
Pilegr dips to his left and cracks Nunes with an uppercut!
Nunes misses with a takedown attempt
and Pilegr cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexandre Nunes. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Oooooh!!! Pilegr has knocked Nunes down with a huge combo! Pilegr steps away and waves a wobbly Nunes back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
